More than 40 lakh people are trapped in the flood waters and almost the entire area is without electricity. Bangladesh’s third largest international airport Sylhet had to be closed due to floods.

Heavy rain expected in next two days

Meteorologists say that there is a possibility of heavy rain in Bangladesh and North-East India in the next two days. In such a situation, the situation may worsen due to floods.
