The Poco F4 5G comes with a glass back and is offered in two color options – Nebula Green and Night Black. In this you get a plastic body with a flat frame design. The rectangular camera module and an LED flash module have also been given in the back of this phone. On the other hand, iQOO Neo 6 has a 6.62-inch Full HD + display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate. This device comes with AMOLED display and HDR10+ certification. Like the Poco F4 5G, the iQOO Neo 6 also has 1300nits peak brightness.

iQOO Neo 6 and Poco F4 5G come with Snapdragon 870 processor. This chipset is paired with up to 12GB of RAM on both the models. The base model of Poco F4 has 6GB of RAM, while the base model of Neo 6 has 8GB of RAM. Both phones offer up to 256GB of internal storage.
The Poco F4 5G packs a 4500mAh battery and comes with support for 67W fast charging. The company claims that this device can be charged from zero to 100% in 38 minutes. On the other hand, iQOO Neo 6 packs a 4700mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The company claims that the phone can be charged from zero to 100% in 32 minutes.
Both the phones come with a triple camera setup consisting of a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The main camera of both the devices supports Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). For selfies, the Poco F4 5G packs a 20MP front camera, while the iQOO Neo 6 packs a 16MP front camera.
Poco F4 5G comes in three storage options. Its 6GB RAM option with 128GB internal storage is priced at Rs 27,999. While the price of 8GB + 128GB is Rs 29,999 and the price of 12GB + 256GB storage option is Rs 33,999. On prepaid offers, you get Rs 1,000 off on this phone and Rs 3,000 off on SBI cards. After which customers can buy the base model of Poco F4 5G for Rs 23,999. Whereas iQOO Neo 6 comes in two storage options. Its 8GB + 128GB storage option is priced at Rs 29,999, while the 12GB + 256GB storage option costs Rs 33,999.
